Slide, spin, and drop blocks in an immersive 3D experience!

The goal of the game is to form rows across the grid -- this clears the "lines" and scores points. Clear multiple lines at a time to get huge combo points. Race against the clock to max out your score. Check your leaderboard to see if you've reached a new personal best.

Fragmental 3D offers five different game modes, for all types of players:

  • Free Play: No drop timer, no countdown, no pressure!
  • Marathon: Game speed and points reach a maximum at level 10.
  • Ascent: Game speed and points continue to increase beyond level 10.
  • Five Minute Time Attack: Game is limited to five minutes.
  • Ten Minute Time Attack: Game is limited to ten minutes.

You can start each game with one of three unique piece sets:

  • Standard: A well-balanced collection of pieces; medium difficulty.
  • Classic: A collection of Tetris-shaped pieces; easy difficulty.
  • Rejects: An off-balanced collection of pieces; hard difficulty.

Fragmental 3D also features a comprehensive tutorial to learn the game's rules and controls.

Mistakenly bought this for a DK2 VR demo but it does not work with current Oculus runtime 0.8 or 1.3.

  • Fun and feels very hands-on, but tracking imperfect.

There is one thing this game needs above all else: an undo button. The leap v2 tracking is impressive, but very far from perfect. And for this, you will be repeatedly punished. To drop a piece, you push it downwards through the top of the play box. In most game modes you must do this within a time limit. However most of the challenge of the game lies in persuading the LEAP unit to understand your input. With an undo option, this would be a rewarding and fun game.

I believe that Leap Motion has initiated a refund. I'm very sorry that you didn't enjoy the game! Could you provide more information?

  • Missed placed challenge

The challenge of this game comes from persuading the game to recognize the motions that you want to perform. The tracker itself does a great job, but the games processing of the data is horrible. Can be a very fun game when it works accurately.

I am on apple's newest non-beta OS, Yosemite. For some reason, on my RMBP13", I am opening Fragmental and getting a window that flashes black and whight till I close it.

This issue was resolved about a week after your comment here. Thanks for alerting us to the issue. It was related to a Leap Motion library behaving differently on Yosemite. Can you confirm that the fix worked for you?
