Are You Fast Enough?

Fast Iron is a Spaghetti Western-style quick draw game. You're the marshal of a small town on the frontier. Battle murderous outlaws, recalcitrant miners, debaucherous gamblers and more in your quest to bring law and order to the wild west.

Easy to learn, hard to master

Point and shoot? Hardly! You'll need to learn to shoot from the hip to beat this dastardly villains. Take your time to aim down the sights and you'll be pushing up the daisies.

Designed for the Leap Motion Controller

Fast Iron is designed from the ground up for the Leap Motion Controller. Relive the glory days of your childhood by making finger guns and pew-pewing bad guys!

  • Gameplay needs fix

The hame is awesome or at least it feels like it should be. This is a plea to the developers to fix the aim & shoot as the aim is not precise and poking forward 'aint a great way to shoot (maybe substitute it with a quick flick up, as if to simulate the recoil of the imaginary gun you're holding). And the aim doesn't seem to recognise height as an input, leaving the user frustrated.

Difficult to aim and point. Don't think I'll be playing it much.

  • Anybody else having trouble?

I had several issues with this game. Firstly, to even be able to get the gun to point straight I figured out I had to turn my Leap Motion Controller onto a 15-120 degree angle? What's all that about? And on top of that, it did not work how it was visualised to me on screen, and in the video. Wildly inaccurate, difficult, frustrating and generally not fun at all. How do I get my whopping $3 back?

sub par tracking and general tracking glitches abound. Pretty much impossible to aim much less shoot. Unless the devs can fix it I'd say save your $3 and look into other options.

This is one of my favorite games for Leap. The learning curve makes it all the more satisfying as you progress through the game and watch your skills increase. With a little practice anyone can become a crackshot!

I really enjoy this game! The more I practiced with the gun the better I became. It's also visually beautiful to look at which is awesome. I'm still not able to beat all the characters, but I like that there's a bit of a challenge I can try to meet.
